The Annual General Meeting of the Vancouver Field Sports Federation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 6.30 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting. Zoom link will be sent at a later date to all registered attendees.
Amateur field sports organizations recognized by the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation as users of public playing fields in Vancouver are organizational members of the Federation. Organizational members who wish to send a representative to the meeting must pre-register using this form no later than midnight, Sunday, November 26th to provide sufficient time for the VFSF Executive to review your eligibility as a field user and to disseminate video conferencing details to all registered members.

In addition, organizational members interested in having their name stand for election for the role of President, Vice-President or Secretary are asked to contact Diane St-Denis at [email protected] no later than December 5, 2023.
